At Direction Staffing Solutions, we provide highly skilled offshore professionals to Australian businesses. Whether you need Full-Time Staff, Part-Time Staff, or Employer of Record services, we offer cost-effective solutions to help your business grow.

Full-Time Staff

Hiring a full-time offshore team member gives you a dedicated professional at a fraction of the local cost. Salaries vary depending on the candidate, but you can expect to pay: 

(Monthly Staff Salaries in AUD)

  • Virtual Assistant/Admin: $600 – $1000
  • Executive Assistant: $900 – $1600
  • Bookkeeper: $750 – $1150
  • Accountant: $800 – $1,200
  • Marketing Assistant: $600 – $1000

Additional Costs:

Our Management Fee of $1200 per month covers: 

  • Fully serviced office
  • IT equipment
  • HR/People Management
  • Ongoing training

GST is additional and applies to both fees and salaries.

Part-Time Staff

We understand that not all businesses need full-time support. We offer part-time team members for a minimum of 16 hours per week (2 days per week). A 30% part-time loading applies to account for team member allocation to multiple clients.

 

Total Indicative Hourly Rate (ex. GST) Including Management Fees:

  • Virtual Assistant/Admin: $16.50
  • Executive Assistant: $21.00
  • Bookkeeper: $18.00
  • Accountant: $21.00
  • Marketing Assistant: $16.50

 

Important Considerations:

  • Part-time staff may transition to full-time roles elsewhere, meaning your training investment may not be retained.
  • Availability may vary due to team members’ multiple employer commitments.

EMPLOYER OF RECORD (EOR) SERVICES

Looking to hire offshore staff without managing payroll and compliance? Our Employer of Record service allows you to engage offshore team members through Direction Staffing Solutions as the legal employer in the Philippines.

  • We handle payroll, leave entitlements, and HR matters
  • You receive a single monthly invoice

Pricing:

  • Employer of Record services start at $550 per month (including GST).

OUR PROCESS

  1. Full-Time & Part-Time Staffing
  • You provide a candidate brief
  • We source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  • You conduct final interviews and selection (Full Time Only)
  • We manage HR, payroll, and office setup
  • You train and manage the team member
  1. Employer of Record
  • Your team member is legally employed by us in the Philippines
  • We can also source, screen, and shortlist candidates if required
  • We handle all employment compliance and payroll

UPFRONT FEES

  • Boarding Pass Fee (per employee) : $2,000 + GST (Full Time) | $600 + GST(Employer of Record only)
  • Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month’s salary and fees
